Not So Traditional Thanksgiving Reflection

My morning commute gives me the most time to ponder

The thanksgiving holiday routinely offers itself as a time to pause and practice gratitude. And in these challenging times, I am especially grateful that my needs, and many of my wants are met.

I love to challenge tradition. So, let’s dig deeper. Thanksgiving, like many other holidays, is a harvest celebration. Here’s my new reflection.

What are you harvesting this year? And what are you leaving out in the field?

I am harvesting confidence, that every time I was brave, I was successful. I am leaving the ickiness of being inauthentic to fit in, and gleefully dumping it in the compost.

I would love to know your thoughts.
